Throughout these Terms, the terms “Billy’s Garage,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Billy’s Garage. The terms “you,” “your,” and “customer” refer to any person accessing the website or purchasing products through it.

By visiting BillysGarage.net, placing an order, or otherwise using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies posted on the website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or purchase products from Billy’s Garage.

Billy’s Garage offers automotive, lifestyle, apparel, accessory, collectible, and related merchandise through BillysGarage.net.

Many products offered through Billy’s Garage are manufactured, printed, packaged, fulfilled, or shipped directly by independent third-party production and fulfillment partners.

As a result, products may ship from different facilities, arrive in separate packages, or have different delivery schedules even when purchased as part of the same order.

We reserve the right to add, modify, discontinue, or limit any product or service at any time without prior notice.

3. Product Images, Colors, and Variations

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately.

However, the appearance of colors, textures, finishes, printing, materials, and other visual characteristics may vary depending on factors including:

• Manufacturing processes
• Printing methods
• Materials and production batches
• Placement of printed or embroidered graphics

Minor variations that are reasonably expected from manufacturing, printing, photography, or display technology do not constitute a product defect.

If an order is placed for a product containing a material pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid for that item.

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on BillysGarage.net do not necessarily include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or other charges that may apply to an order.

5. Orders

Submission of an order does not constitute our final acceptance of that order.

Billy’s Garage reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
• Pricing or product listing errors
• Product unavailability
• Fulfillment limitations
• Incorrect customer information
• Orders that violate these Terms
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the canceled merchandise will be refunded using the original method of payment where reasonably possible.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Many Billy’s Garage products are transmitted to production or fulfillment partners shortly after an order is placed.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been submitted.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product selections, sizes, colors, quantities, personalization, billing information, and shipping information before completing an order.

If you contact us before production or fulfillment begins, we will make a reasonable effort to accommodate a requested change or cancellation, but we cannot guarantee that the request can be completed.

7. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, shipping, and contact information for purchases made through BillysGarage.net.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate.

Billy’s Garage is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping expenses, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping dates and delivery estimates are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.

Billy’s Garage relies on independent fulfillment partners and shipping carriers, and delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control.

These may include carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, customs processing, labor disruptions, supply shortages, production delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Billy’s Garage is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Because many Billy’s Garage products are produced or fulfilled specifically for individual orders and shipped directly from third-party fulfillment partners, all sales are generally considered final.

Billy’s Garage does not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, preference-based reasons, or similar circumstances.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly fulfilled, or materially inconsistent with what was ordered, Billy’s Garage will evaluate the issue in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Our preferred remedy for legitimate product or fulfillment issues is replacement or correction of the affected item.

Refunds may be provided when Billy’s Garage determines that a legitimate problem exists and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved through replacement, correction, or another appropriate remedy.

10. Third-Party Fulfillment and Services

Billy’s Garage may use third-party companies to provide manufacturing, printing, payment processing, website hosting, order fulfillment, shipping, analytics, marketing, and other services.

Your transaction may therefore involve services provided by companies other than Billy’s Garage.

Billy’s Garage is not responsible for acts, omissions, service interruptions, or delays caused by independent third parties except to the extent required by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility to address legitimate order or fulfillment problems in accordance with our published policies.

Purchase of a physical product does not transfer ownership of any copyright, trademark, design right, or other intellectual property associated with the product.
